Roger Founded Matunuck in 2023.

Prior to founding Matunuck, Roger was Founding Partner of Ironwood Capital, a middle market private equity firm since 2000. Ironwood invested more than $1 billion in over 100 companies. Roger led investments across the capital structure in both equity and subordinated debt to support buyouts, recapitalizations and growth financings.

Prior to founding Ironwood, Roger was a Managing Director at BankBoston (now part of Bank of America).

Roger received a BS in Accounting and Finance from Babson College.
